Description

We have designated kitchen rentals within our 4000sqft kitchen. Each space comes with a stainless steel table, a working storage rack, access to all our tools and equipment, Ecolab dish machine, 60qt mixer, 30qt mixer, double stack oven, 6 burner range, Polin rotating oven (scheduling needed) and a vegetable wash station. Included with the rental is a linen service for towels, aprons and mop heads, as well as all cleaning chemicals needed for food preparation. In addition, we have ample onsite storage options available such as dry storge and cooler space. The thing that sets us apart from others is our onsite retail area which we encourage our renters to utilize. This gives your business a storefront to build your customer base. If you choose to utilize the retail space, Sugar Studio & Company will link your businesses website to our own, give you a designated space to sell your items and help promote your business when possible. There is a 20% commission fee for all sales in the retail space.

Our kitchen is designed to help service bakers, confectioners, sauce makers, juicers, food prep, etc.
This does not limit other types of businesses from using the kitchen, but it does affect the equipment and tools we offer in the space.
