The members/clients of Upstart Kitchen benefit from our clean and accessible facility. Our facility includes deli and hot food prep space, all forms of storage space, (including cold, dry, and freezer). Our equipment list includes Ranges, Cooktops, Griddles, Blender, Food Processors, Convection Oven, Stand Mixer, Rack Oven, Holding Cabinets and Deep Fryers.

Pricing

The hourly rate charged is $18 an hour. (With a minimum usage of 8 hours per month.) Clients must be oriented and agree to the Kitchen’s policy and procedures. In addition, enroll in Food Corridor. (This is our space rental platform, and each client must have a valid credit card or linked checking account on file, or a $200 security deposit.) When booking space and time on Food Corridor, members must also reserve specific equipment they intend to use.
